I am a final-year PhD candidate at Caltech studying Galactic radio transients.

I grew up in Buffalo, NY (Go Bills!). I moved to East Lansing, MI in 2017 to attend Michigan State University, where I earned a B.S. in Astrophysics with a minor in Computational Mathematics, Science, and Engineering, and a second B.S. in Physics. At MSU, I worked with Jay Strader studying transitional millisecond pulsars.

In 2021, I moved to Pasadena, CA to begin my PhD in Astrophysics at Caltech. I work with Gregg Hallinan studying Galactic radio transients disocovered in the Very Large Array Sky Survey (VLASS). I use observations from the Very Long Baseline Array, the Very Large Array, Keck Observatory, Palomar Observatory, and archival surveys to characterize these sources and investigate the physical processes powering their multiwavelength emission.

Outside of research, I train in several circus arts, including contortion and lyra, and occasionally perform. I also have a very talkative black cat named Crouton and a tabby named Venus.
